Insulated Panels

We are a leader in the manufacturing of laminated, insulated sandwich panels - a position which has been attained through a commitment to quality products at competitive prices, personal and efficient service, plus an ability to customize products for any application.

We started producing sandwich panels In 2000, by adding a state of the art machine bought from Italy to our Factory. The machine works on a continuous line and is only operated by 5 workers.

Because we are committed to innovation, one of our core values. We worked with the United Nations Development Program "UNDP" in 2013 to upgrade our production line and produce sandwich panels which are 100% environmentally friendly under UNDP rules.

We are proud to offer our customers various profiles and thickness and also offer fire retardant panels as per the customer request.

Types
Applications

Our sandwich panels are made of a core of rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 42.5 kg/m3, injected between two layers of pre-painted galvanized steel coated with a protection film if requested by the customer.

Roof

We offer our roof profile in various thickness ranging from 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 70mm, 80 mm and 100 mm. The length of the panels are made according to the customer requirement with a standard width for the panel of 1 meter.

The steel characteristics is also variable according to the final application and usage of the panels. Most standard thickness is 0.4 mm and 0.5 mm available in while, blue or beige.

Wall

We have two different profiles for the wall panels, each profile is available in various thickness ranging from 30 mm to 200 mm. The length of the panels are made according to the customer requirement with a standard width for the panel of 1 meter.

The steel characteristics is also variable according to the final application and usage of the panels. Most standard thickness is 0.4 mm and 0.5 mm available in while, blue or beige.
